Good service and friendly staff. The wait was long for today due to an emergency but otherwise it was good experience.

I had such a great experience! I have been raving all day about my time at the dentist and nobody could believe the amenities available. The staff was so caring and attentive during my time there and I am actually looking forward to the next time I have to go!

Appointment was great. The only downside was the wait time. I got there at 9:00am and left at 11:30. This was the longest dental appointment I've ever had.

Communication with the dental office was easy and quick. I was able to set up an appointment that accommodated my schedule. The new patient forms were provided digitally and it sped up the first time patient appointment. The staff was courteous upon my arrival and they even offered something to drink while I waited. Once I was taken inside the dental hygienist communicated everything she needed to do in order to expedite my presenting concerns. The dentist too was patient and willing to answer my questions. All in all the entire experience was positive.

This was the most amazing dental appointment I have ever had. Superior technology, awesome and incredible staff. Facility was clean and very welcoming. My experience was very good; detailed and informative. The care was gentle and thorough. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional.

Would not do a basic cleaning because I couldn’t afford a deep cleaning they said I needed.

I came in with a broken tooth on the front of my mouth and was told by another dentist that I would have to get this lengthy procedure as a specialist. I booked at URBN Dentist through open care and the tooth was fixed, insurance pay for it, and it only took about an hour to do. Probably just gonna keep coming to this dental office because I like the care.

The art in this facility was incredible. Very minimal pain with my deep cleaning.

Everyone in the office was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. G made sure I understood my treatment plan and everything that was going on. Gina was an amazing hygienist. Spencer, Luna, & the front office staff was all amazing as well. They made me extremely comfortable.
