This was my first visit to this dental office, and it was a very welcoming experience. The front desk staff greeted me right when I walked in and patiently answered all my questions before my appointment. They were very clear when explaining pricing and insurance coverage. The dental hygienist was amazing! She took the time to examine my gums, noticed that I needed a gentler cleaning, and adjusted her care accordingly. She clearly explained each step of the process and checked in whenever I felt any discomfort. She also gave helpful advice on how to care for my teeth at home. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning.

This is just first thoughts as i had only my initial patienct screening appointment, Dr.Lo and team are courteous, respectful of your time and gave detailed explanation of what they think are concerning areas. They are professional and have been helpful with all dental and non dental related questions and concerns of mine.

Great place for the first time

We scheduled for a specific date and time through opencare but the clinic reached out and rescheduled the appointment to another date in the following week. Registration process was seamless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was very good and did a good job at cleaning and taking X-rays and explaining everything in detail. However, it looks like way too many exams and scans were taken whereas only bitewing and periapical radiographs are only covered as part of the standard diagnosis procedures in my insurance. This was not explained to me for finding out the estimates before proceeding with the scans. Furthermore, Dr.Alo recommended removing and redoing some of the fillings done not very long ago and recommended doing a reassessment of one root canal which was done many many years ago and asked to consider doing an implant although there is no pain or concern as such. We understand his recommendation as preventative measure but we felt way too many treatments were suggested. So we will consider doing them one at a time. Also, the billing process was very painful. I gave the insurance benefits card and all the required details to submit the claim but the claim was submitted with mistakes and thus the electronic submission of claims was rejected. The front desk office tried many times and finally said they will file the claims manually and I paid the difference amount for now. Even though the billing process was painful unlike what we experienced at other clinics, Angie at the front desk was very helpful and she coordinated with me and the previous dental office to get all the documents and tried her best to make it work so kudos to Angie for her support. Overall our experience was not as great as seen in the reviews and we have had better seamless experiences at other dental offices in Mississauga.

Extremely good and considerate dental service, unfortunately, I was told I would be paying a certain amount and then that cost basically doubled without communication in the end.
