From reception to end I can't think of a negative thing to say. Dr. Chan is a younger doctor but you can tell she is well educated and practiced. A common issue I have with most doctors is an excessive amount of pleasantries. It didn't feel forced or filler, just an overall pleasant conversation and routine work.
