Dr Majed is a very patient and knowledgeable dentist. The clinic is spotlessly clean with the most lovely staff! From the first phone correspondence to the end of my initial visit, I have only praise for the experience. Highly recommended on all aspects: Dentist, Staff, Efficiency of service and honesty.

Thanks for your help finding a dentist close to home. I'm now on a very good road to a healthy mouth. The staff and office layout are nice and makes me feel comfortable also confident in what I expect from a dentist.

The cleaning done by Carmen and xrays by soha were great. Everyone on the team was polite and thorough with the work. The claim process was simple the examination with the doctor was detailed, she went over the treatment plan and the options and scenarios. I have already made my next appt.

Dr. Dhafira was very personable and professional. She had a great bedside manner and I felt comfortable with her. She explained what the state of my dental hygiene was and the next steps I needed to take. I generally feel like dentists chastise you for not taking care of your teeth (kind of like they are telling you off like your parents) but Dr. Dhafira didn't make me feel that way!

Dr. Majed is professional and nice. She helped me to understand the concept of "pocket" and very patiently to explain what I didn't understand.

The entire office is warm and welcoming. The dental hygienist was really thorough and explained each step to me in more detail than I had ever had before. Nothing intimidating about going to the dentist here! I will definitely be going back.

From the moment I walked into the dental office, the staff was very professional. The X-rays were very easy, and Dr. Dhafira Majed was quite gentle when examining and cleaning my teeth. She was also very informative, i.e. would always explain what she had found, what the next procedure would be, and what future steps will be needed to maintain healthy teeth.

I would recommend to all of those who have special dental needs. Highly skilled staff and courteous administration.

Very professional and interactive experience!

I haven't been to the dentist for years and through opencare I decided to try a new dentist. From the time I made the appointment till the end of my visit I was happy with the way everything went. Aaimana informed me how the insurance works. My hygienist, Carmen was very nice and informed me of what she was doing. I needed to take a bit of a break and she was really kind about it. When I met Dr. Dhafira she was very thorough and explained everything that was happening with my teeth and she gave me recommendations on what I should do to keep them healthy. I even saw live pic of my tooth and saw what was actually the problem. I would definitely come back to them. Everyone is very nice and make you feel really comfortable.
