Visited the clinic for an X-ray and teeth cleaning. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the process was smooth and well explained. The clinic was clean and well maintained, and the dentist took the time to answer my questions. Overall, a good experience and I’d recommend it for routine dental care.

Overall experience was good. Since my appointment was during peak period, the staff ensured my appointment took place on time and as scheduled and I didn’t have to wait anymore. Doctor briefed me on my xray results and the hygienist was professional and thorough.

Good and friendly staff. The only thing need to improve that the way to book appointment is complicated. I was canceled then I rebooked.

When I first entered the clinic, I expected a more aesthetic office. After checking in, I didn’t have to wait long. The team was very thorough and explained each step in my appointment as well as its purpose. After not have gone to the dentist for a number of years due to many reasons, the staff didn’t pass judgment for that period which I very much appreciated. Overall, the appointment went well and there were some preventative things I can do for a future visit. Due to all the reasons mentioned above ehh I enjoyed my appointment- I booked a follow up appointment for the preventative measures that should be taken with my teeth. All in all I would recommend Open care and this clinic to others.

They charged me $1200 for 1.5h that I was there and majority of that was for cleaning. They also didn’t communicate any pricing until after they charged my insurance.

Great experience, staff are very helpful to my needs including appointments and verifies, explains details about my dental needs and what is covered by my insurance company. Meets my expectation and looking forward for my next visit. Get instructions on where to park if you are a first timer.
