Gentle hygienist and personable dentist

The doctor took her time to explain everything in details related to my concerns. The only thing felt off to me is that, every single thing they have done, they said it is covered, it is covered, bcs I have insurance. I ended up paying 600+ dollars (Around 250 the insurance paid me back). I didnt understand how they were saying its covered and wasnt informing me how much it is covered or what they will be doing and the costs in the conversation. If I knew that that would cost me that much, I would maybe not do all the xrays, even I asked if I can get the xrays from the other dentist, they were like lets do new ones and they took a lot of them without thinking maybe I am not financially stable to make this payment. I would at least do the necessary ones only. And take the rest from my other dentist. I am so disappointed with this experience. While I am in financial hardship, this wasnt what I expected to leave the place paying 600$.

That was awesome, so they did full X-Ray and now on 24th Im doing full dental cleaning
