From front desk to the dentist, their staff is first-class; polite, intelligent, alert, and ready to help. The receptionists have been incredible keeping in touch, and the hygenist and dentist (I was taken care of by Ashley and Dr. Natalie Fuhr on my first visit) are very attentive listening to your needs. Chaplin Dental makes you feel welcome, and when you're spending your hard earned money on your teeth, you also deserve comfort. More than anything, I feel like my teeth are in GREAT hands! The only thing was that at the end i was surprise about the fee of my xray exam. I got insured for 3 takes but they did 9 of them. So i have to pay for 6. The hygienist was very thorough in her work. When I told her I did x-rays at my orthodontist, she went out of her way to get the x-rays from them so that I don’t have to get them done twice. Dr. Metyas was great and took time to examine my teeth. The office staff was friendly and directly billed my insurance so that I didn’t have to pay the full amount upfront. My friend also got an electric toothbrush from them for referring me. This was on top of the Opencare referral bonus.
