She explained everything so well and really made sure I was comfortable. Dr. Sobhi was amazing too! She’s very sweet with a great energy about her but also so educated and professional. I really felt like I was in good hands with her and will continue with her. The location has the latest of everything in technology that I saw and is so esthetically pleasing and clean. I was paying out of pocket and they were so transparent with everything and in the know. Everyone was courteous and welcoming, and overall a very inviting atmosphere. I appreciated the thoroughness and care that was taken from start to finish. Dr. Ehsan was helpful in addressing my concerns and answering my questions regarding his findings and was directing up front on the severity and what needed to be addressed sooner than later. The staff were polite and went above and beyond my expectations in helping me come up with how to execute our treatment plan as well as reviewing my insurance coverage and giving me a detailed breakdown for my expenses so I could plan accordingly.
