Mi visit was really affordable, no pain at all, very professional

I visited Waterview Dental yesterday and was disappointed with the experience. Before proceeding, I was not informed clearly that the X-ray and dentist fees would not be covered by my insurance and that I would have to pay extra out of pocket. I only found this out when I was asked to pay the additional charges. I believe patients should be informed about any expected out-of-pocket costs beforehand, especially when insurance coverage is involved. Better communication about fees and insurance coverage would have made this a much better experience.

I had a really positive experience here. Everyone was very nice, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were patient and professional, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. The whole visit felt comfortable and well organized. I really appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend this dental office to others.

I was seen quickly. The dental assistant and receptionists were kind and helpful, and the doctor was informative, providing many details about my dental health. The clinic uses all top of the line equipment, including a scanner which allowed me to see a 3D model of my teeth. Very cool!
