I took appointment by thinking this is my yearly preventive dental care visit where I get basic dental cleaning along with overall dental health. As I do not have any dental issue and my dental health is fine. I mentioned that I need dental cleaning in my today's visit however they lot of time for diagnosis and came with result to do deep cleaning, which is not covered in my dental insurance plan. This was waste of my time and energy. If I would have picked up my regular dental care clinic I did get basic dental cleaning along with x-ray and overall dental care. These people were there to make money not actually caring about patients. Also, they took all x-ray and pictures of my theet and whike coming out when I asked to get copy there was no satisfactory answer.

I was told I was going to receive a goodie bag at the end of service but didn’t get one. I was also sent an email about a free toothbrush but once ask was told something total different then what was text to me. So that was a little disappointing.

I have been faithfully attending the dentist with regular cleanings my entire life. EVERY past dentist has positively commented on the care of my oral hygiene. I have moved several times requiring a change in dentist over 4 times, and this is consistent across multiple dentists in multiple cities with multiple years of experience. My wife's father is a dentist and can also vouch for my dental health. My visit with URBN Dental Implants & Invisalign felt like getting upsold at a car dealership. They diagnosed me with gum disease and quoted me a $4,000 treatment plan with $2,000 out of pocket cost. Gum disease is progressive and would have been identified by a past dentist. I do not trust the integrity of this dental practice and I would highly caution anyone seeking treatment at this facility.

Everyone was friendly it just took longer than expected. I was waiting for then to start my cleaning around 30 minutes

My dentist appointment went really well. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the office was very clean and organized. The dentist was gentle, informative, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole visit. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.

Nice a beautiful dentist office, staffing was very friendly, didn’t prefer the fact they still use hard rubber mouth space thing to capture pictures, I’ve been to others and they have new updated one especially since I stated I was in current pain, there was a bit of some miscommunication on verifying and seeing what was included in my insurance before, drawing up a treatment plan and also me making a deposit. Leaving me with a disappointed feeling, and is this dentist office really trustworthy, did not receive full exam just of a problem area that I was having

I absolutely love Urbn Dental! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The office is super clean, modern, and welcoming — not your typical dental vibe at all. My dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. I never felt rushed or ignored. They truly care about their patients, and it shows in every detail — from the friendly front desk team to the hygienists who go above and beyond. I actually look forward to my appointments now (which says a lot for the dentist 😅).
