The facility is clean, modern, and well-maintained, but my experience with their communication and treatment recommendations was very disappointing. I was told that my insurance would not cover a deep cleaning because I had already received one last year. I explained that I was only requesting a regular cleaning, which should be covered by my insurance. However, they refused and claimed that my teeth were in such a condition that preventive cleaning was no longer an option. I found this explanation difficult to believe, especially since I have visited many dental offices over the years and have never encountered this issue. They then presented me with an estimate of nearly $3,000 for a laser deep cleaning. I was shocked by the cost and uncomfortable with the pressure to accept it. Since they would not provide the regular cleaning I requested and insisted on deep cleaning only, I decided to leave. While the office itself is nice, I felt misled and poorly informed throughout the process. I would not recommend this practice based on my experience.

Good service

It felt so commercial and forced and I felt very stuck in my appointment. The x ray tech didn’t even offer me the vest before he took the X-rays. The dentist offered some valuable advice and mostly about fixing my previous dentist’s work. I wanted to get out of this office as quickly as possible. The front office was pathetic.

The staff at URBN were very helpful and explained thoroughly everything about my teeth. My only complaint is that the whole time I felt like they were trying to upcharge things here and there and recommend treatment that wasn’t really necessary

Got an appointment quickly and at a convenient time. Front office staff explained treatment options knowledgeably and the Dentist was meticulous with his explanation of my dental needs and what needed to be done.
