As someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists, this was a wonderful experience. The dentist was extremely competent, kind and was willing to walk me through the entire procedure. I had 4 fillings done with minimum pain.

Be mindful of required x-ray!! This place LIKES to do lots of unnecessary x-rays even panoramic which adds more radiation exposure to the patient without a justifiable reason. They don’t ask of you want to do the xrays or not or if you have done it somewhere else prior to exposing you. They will drag you to the panoramic xray room right away after calling your name especially if you are a new patient. I hate to see facilities exposing people to unnecessary radiation for the sake of money!! This is against local radiation protection regulations btw. Any radiological exposure MUST be Justified!!! I The receptionist hates to hear that because it means they are losing money!! I will never go there again.

When I went to my appointment, they asked me to remove my chain and accessories. I explained that I couldn’t remove them, but they seemed a bit rude and rushed through the cleaning since it was close to closing time

Staff is friendly but the overall experience wasn't great. I was booked for x-rays and cleaning. The cleaning was not up to my expectations. Plus wait times during the procedure is something I personally don't appreciate. Overall not a good experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I found them through Opencare and made it clear from the beginning that I was using the referral offer. Unfortunately, that transparency did not result in fair or honest service. The clinic seemed more interested in maximizing their billing than providing quality care. Once they learned I had good insurance coverage, they completed all the procedures quickly and then billed my provider over $550–$570. Despite this, they attempted to personally bill me incorrectly — which I had to push back on — and later claimed they would deny the Opencare offer unless I agreed to more (unnecessary) treatments. Their excuse? They didn’t want to pay the Opencare referral fee. In other words, they used the platform to get patients in the door, then tried to back out of the commitment. The receptionist was particularly rude and unhelpful throughout the process, and the overall customer service was lacking. It felt like a money grab rather than a legitimate healthcare experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this practice. There are far more professional and patient-friendly dental offices out there that actually honor referral programs and respect their patients.
