Dr Rose came in and finished looking over the exam to finalize results. The staff were friendly and the office was clean. They are very tentative to your concerns during check up and give you recommendations. Cons: Be knowledgeable of your insurance coverage as the hygienist and the admin does not talk prior to extra work performed. He was very detailed and he let you walk through step by step and gives you good advice what was best treatment for me and really amazing dentist I ever had so far. The hygienist I saw was very experienced and had a great manner. She talked me through all my questions and concerns. She gave an efficient but thorough exam, giving lots of good information as she went along. I needed a bit of work and the dentist was able to accommodate me straight away due to a cancellation. She also had a great manner, accommodating my nerves etc., and I’m really pleased with the work. Actually, my 4yrs old son became ill overnight and I had to cancel my appt literally an hour beforehand (10am)- I called at 9am. I feared not setting up for a good impression for my first time if I cancelled literally an hour beforehand. It was confirmed there was no cancellation fee. I rescheduled for the following week. I did not actually have Dr. Rand Al-hafidh, but I had Dr. Zdravkovski and excellent compassionate service from the hygenist-whom I cannot remember her name at this moment. Shortly after i filled in the paperwork, I was ushered in for the exam by the very friendly Dental Assistant. I was in for an emergency appointment (which they fit me in with under 24 hours notice) and was told I had a few holes in my teeth to fill. They noticed I didn't have insurance and between the exam and the procedure the receptionist came into the room to discuss the price with me before they moved forward with the repairs. Not only that, but they offered my 15% off because I didn't have insurance. They talked with kind words and not condescension. It meant the world to me. Dr. Rand Al-hafidh was very nice, quick and professional as she fixed not two, but three holes in my teeth in just under an hour.
