I’ve been trying to find a dental clinic (dentist) where I can constantly visit since I couldn’t keep up with going in the past. The top reasons I picked this clinic are that it is close to where I live and they have my language-speaking dentist and hygienist. The staffs were always welcome and friendly, as well as knowledgeable. It is a super easy process to book an appointment since their response time is quick and keep reminding your future appointment as well. I loved the fact that I can be in touch by e-mail or text message since I don’t prefer to talk through the phone in case of miscommunication. Also, if you have your insurance (benefits) to use, they can process it from their side right away so you don’t have to worry about claiming on yourself. I was satisfied with my treatments and kept going for future treatments at the clinic.

I had a fantastic experience at the dental clinic. The entire team was highly professional and punctual, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. What stood out the most was their personal approach- they took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Their attention to detail and genuine care made the visit truly enjoyable.

This was my first dentist visit in a few years and it was an amazing experience. All members of the staff were friendly and helpful. The space was clean and well maintained. The dentist was very knowledgeable, thorough and offered a very personalized approach.

Dr. Nancy Kang is so lovely! She is super sweet and knowledgeable. Knowing that I had a bad experience with a dentist before, she extremely throughout with the consultations. She is able to make me feel more confident about my dental hygiene and recommend appropriate treatment!

Dr. Kang is great! She's very thorough, personable, and open about answering questions and I had plenty. I appreciated that she offered me a conservative option for my discoloured tooth. When I inquired about one option that she said was invasive, she took the time to show me a model at the reception desk and explained the process. I appreciate this approach, as it ensures informed consent. A lot of other dentists offered the invasive approach to me in the past and I'm glad I didn't go for it and I got better informed by Dr. Kang.

Aside from the long delay Dr. Arazm was very nice, caring and professional He explained different options and inquired for prices and my insurance coverage. He then did the filling for my tooth.

I must say Dr. Nancy was the best Dentist I have ever visited. She helped me understanding the process of what they are going to do. She was totally friendly and calm. I had issue with my wisdom teeth and she took hardly 10 mins to extract the teeth. Hygienist and receptionist were also nice and helped me understanding the procedures. Totally professional and I highly recommend people in Toronto to visit Dr. Nancy
