What makes your practice special when compared with others in the area?
Dr. Sachdev believes in providing individual attention to her patients. She keeps her patient volume low so she can spend an appropriate amount of time with each patient. She has a holistic approach to medicine. She believes in prevention and allowing the body and mind to heal itself naturally. She is trained in anti-aging medicine and utilizes nutrition, lifestyle modification, hormonal balance and immune therapy to optimize wellness. Prescription medications are also used when appropriate. Dr. Sachdev has a special interest in treating children and adults who have attention deficit disorder. She and her 4 children have ADHD so she understands the challenges faced by patients, parents and professionals who have ADD or ADHD. In addition to medication, she addresses co-morbid health issues that contribute to ADD symptoms. She acts as a mentor and coach to patients and families affected by ADD.
