I am an active friend of the outdoors and exercise, especially road cycling. I teach at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College on my off days and have an interest in clinical research. I have lots of experience with different manual therapy techniques including myofascial release, acupuncture, and cupping but also will use other advanced modalities like Shockwave or electrical stimulation is necessary. All of my treatment plans are patient centered and unique to their complaint and lifestyle which we both value.

Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?

Has a specialty with multiple modalities like Shockwave and acupuncture. Has a keen interest in athletes, especially endurance sports; but also very comfortable and has specialized in Osteoarthritis and seniors care. I bring a friendly New Brunswick "East Cost" vibe and warmth to our wonderful Junction community.

What are the top 3 treatments that you focus on?

Spinal manipulation/spinal adjustments Contemporary Acupuncture Exercise Rehabilitation

What are you proud of in your practice?

All healthcare providers wish to improve wellness and the lives of there patient's this is the work we do I am proud of. I am most proud of the amount of patients that I see after discharge that will return years later for a new injury or the folks that send family and friends to see me as this shows trust.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?

Specialties in lumbar spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar radiculopathies (sciatica/nerve pain), runners knee/ankle injuries, post operative rehabilitation. Why, is because they all include a major active care or exercise component. I have experience with these conditions and provide much hands on treatment but am very excited about the exercise inclusion into these types on complaints.
